James (Joe) M. Falko II: Real Estate Partner, Realtor and Entrepreneur: Mr. Falko has managed and maintained a personal multi-million dollar portfolio of lofts, town homes, condos and single family residences nationwide. He possesses extensive knowledge of property management, real estate portfolio acquisition and equity and fixed income markets.
